AI workshops and AI consulting

More than 50 AI workshops: clear, without jargon, built around the participants' own processes. From a half-day impulse workshop to a multi-day AI onboarding for SMEs, plus AI consulting from audit to implementation.

A

From trader to quant developer

I started in the markets as a discretionary trader: reading charts, interpreting news, taking trades by setup. What I learned: on good days I was a good trader, on bad days a bad one. The answer was to move the system out of my head and into code.

B

From strategy to platform

First Expert Advisors for MT4, then MT5. In parallel, a Python stack for equity and options strategies via Interactive Brokers. Then bridges between both worlds: Python computes, MT5 executes.

C

AI as the next stage

With the leap of ChatGPT in 2022/23 it became clear: this changes not only office work but also how market data is processed. Since then: ML models for signals, LLMs for sentiment analysis and AI consulting for companies, together with Crowd Solution GmbH.

D

More than 50 AI workshops

What I learned in trading I pass on in workshops: test instead of believe, tools applied to real tasks instead of slide theory. I have now run more than 50 AI workshops.

Built and tested by me. Implementation, code reviews and backtests are done by me, not by third parties. For scaling and specialist topics (AI infrastructure, regulatory questions, consulting for SMEs) I work with a network of experienced partners, including Crowd Solution GmbH. Crowd Solution GmbH is a partner, not my company.

Honest rather than spectacular. Markets don't interest me because they are spectacular, but because they are honest. A strategy works or it doesn't. I look for the same clarity when working with clients: what works, what doesn't, and why.

AI-assisted, editorially responsible. The Insights articles on this site are created with AI assistance, exactly the way I show it in workshops: AI handles research and first drafts, I set the topics, direction and practical angle and take responsibility for the content. If you spot a mistake, I will fix it.

I build software. I don't manage money, trade on client accounts, sell signals or strategies, promise returns, or give investment, tax or legal advice. Trading decisions and the decision to go live remain yours.
